EQUILIBRATE
Equilibrate is a formalistic exercise, it is dealing with the formation of line and object and it is purely a visual exercise since it is investigating the perceptual aspect of an object/ line rather than the content or meaning. The work process is focusing on keeping line and background as supportive of each other as possible, the relationship is anti hierarchical. Object is no higher than background, and background is not taking over of object. the resolution of each painting is that both line and background are creators of themselves while supporting the process of the other.
